This post was orginally posted on my blog 'Home Sweet Home No.14' on November 2nd, 2014. -----> Inexpensive wreath redo...Back about two years ago my wonderful big sister bought this wreath for me...She knew it wasn't exactly my style, but she knew that I would redo it and she could not beat the sale price.
Here is the original look:

I removed the pine branches, the silver/gold balls, and pine cones. Adjusted the magnolia leaves, moved some around, added some magnolia's I bought for 50% off at Hobby Lobby, then added a burlap bow.

This is what it looks like now.

Thank you kindly for visiting,
Tina

  1. Hi Tina, love your wreath. It is gorgeous. You gave it a new life and the perfect southern style look. I made one last year using leaves from our real magnolia tree. It dried and I stored it away. No telling how it did over the year. I may have to create another. LOL I love that you can enjoy it even after Christmas.
